THANK YOU for showing interest in declaring your Political Status as an American New Yorker, and giving you a chance to obtain the Freedom you are guaranteed in this Great Nation

In order for this declaration to be effective, you must have the proper documents, and then to have them recorded on the Public Record. ​We propose to you two ways to create and record your declaration:
​
1. Have the document(s) prepared and recorded by a trustworthy third party. This is the quickest, easiest and most straightforward way to do it
​
​2. Have them prepared and recorded by our Assembly
​
Please, understand this process is time consuming. Therefore, you should expect to pay for the service. We try to keep the cost as low as possible, and we expect you to by mindful of the reason for charging this fee

Please, follow the steps as are presented in the following sections
1. Third-Party Declaration and Recording

To have your declaration professionally prepared, please go to the following website, contact them, and follow their guidelines.

While at it, and in order to record your declaration, please select the option on their website that allows the documents to be automatically sent to New York Recording Secretary. You will get the documents for your records, and New York State Assembly will get a copy to record (https://www.mystatusselect.com)
2. Let The Assembly Do It For You

The American States Assembly is working with New Yorkers!
As an American you have, most likely, been mis-identified as a Federal Citizen and not counted as an American State National or American State Citizen.
Federal Citizenship is created by the Constitution(s) and therefore, Federal Citizens are not Parties to the Constitutions and have no constitutional guarantees — only “Equal Civil Rights” that can be suspended.
If you want to claim your “Natural and Unalienable” rights and property, you have to declare and record your political status as an American State National or American State Citizen (that is, a Member of your New York State Assembly) and you cannot act as any kind of Federal United States Citizen at the same time as you participate in your State Assembly.
A large portion of your government has been “missing in action” and awaiting “Reconstruction” since the Civil War. This work can only be accomplished by properly organized State Assemblies populated by American State Citizens. The New York Assembly will help you correct your status.
3. Do-It-Yourself

There is a third option: prepare the documents yourself. The simplest declaration comprises one document, only.

We do not recommend this option, unless you have studied for a while many things related to jurisdictions and the proper way to write, both lawfully and legally, your declaration.
